Jang Group Goes Out On Valentine’s Day
FAULTLINES EXPOSED!!!
This campaign for free sex in the disguise of a news item is a favorite exercise of some of our newspapers.
The whole piece is false! For example how did the writer know that “millions” of lovers celebrated Valentine Day in Pakistan?
This is engineering a social situation which is nonexistent in our society. A tiny minority may be practicing the same but that does not justify its place in a daily newspaper.
Bringing up a Pakistani girl’s marriage with an American is mischievous. The message is to go beyond the group and feel free to enjoy anything. Second, it is all right to marry or have sex with foreigners.
Jang Group Sings Pro Indian Tunes in support of United India!!!
FAULTLINES EXPOSED!!!
This clipping is a real masterpiece by the Pro-Indian Jang Group
· Even after 50 years of Pakistani nationhood the newspaper talks about British India – a concept long thrown away into the pit
· View Pakistan’s future as linked with India, as if it has no future of its own. Yes, create a mentality of dependence, blame Pakistan for your problems
· United India would have been a great power
· The British colonists carved out Pakistan
· The nawabs, jagirdars and moneyed classes made it happen (this is the Marxist world view faithfully applied to the Pakistani context by the Jang Group!)
Jang (Urdu) Deems Pakistan’s Independence As An Accident!

FAULTLINES EXPOSED!
The above lead story was published by Jang Urdu and is no less than a kicker designed to stand out from the rest of the page tempting the reader…there are two main ideas behind this article…
Firstly it relates the defeat of the Vajpayee government to the Babri Masjid episode
Secondly the Indian opposition approved the ruling against the three ministers involved in the Babri Masjid affair
However the newspaper fails to give any plausible explanation regarding the relevance of the above article that has been blown up to its hilt! However the implied meaning of publishing this newsline is to
· Influence the Pakistanis that Indians despite being a Hindu majority are compassionate and considerate towards Muslims and have passed the ruling against the three ministers involved in the Babri Masjid
· That there is no religious discrimination in India as compared to “fanaticism’ of Pakistan
· That the Indians are very much careful about the worshipping places of other religions
· That even if Pakistan were not there, the Hindu Majority would have considered the Muslim culture and values the same way.
The above feature is no less than a Pakistan-India Confederation Propaganda!

Jang’s Disrespectful Attitude Towards Quran!
FAULT LINES EXPOSED!
The above headline is a classic example of the pro-Indian mindset of daily Jang (Urdu). The above title that is splashed across the main page has no relevance to Pakistan to the extent that it is given such publicity. However one needs to understand the subversive message communicated by this daily:
· The saints and spiritual guides of Muslims and Hindus are one and the same thing with ‘no’ religious demarcation
· Pakistanis and Indians are one cultural group who are split only in terms of religion
· It is commendable to cover the shrine of “Baba Dileep Singh” with Quranic Verses. In others words, the holy grails of Islam can be used for “inter-faith harmony” by sacrificing them at the shrines of non Muslims. For the secular newspaper, the respect for Quranic Verses is less as compared to covering shrines of Muslims
“We Are One” – the famous slogan of the secular press in Pakistan is also promoted through publicizing cross border movies. This is not something which is involuntarily done, in fact it serves a subversive purpose of destabilizing the state of Pakistan by removing its separate identity and dissolving it with India.
Jang (Urdu) Invites You To Pre Marital Relations on Valentine’s Day
FAULTLINES EXPOSED!
The above advertisement was published by the Jang Group to mark the celebration of Valentine’s Day.
· A close look at the advertisement reveals that it invites pre-marital relationships that includes dating, dinner and obviously what comes after it!
· It also prompts readers (primarily the youth) to message their loved ones through this scheme and win the heart of gold
· First 100 entries get to have dinner with their “loved ones”
· Next 200 entries will receive a bouquet and get their message published in the newspaper.
The above advertisement is an open invitation to dating…a concept that is only heard of in the secular west!
Jang Urdu Refuses to Accept Pakistan As A Reality!!!
Source: Jang Urdu 25 January 2001
The above excerpt from the daily Jang (Urdu) is a classic example of how some Pakistani newspapers are involved in subversive activities against the state’s constitution.
FAULT LINES!
The article implies
· There should be no boundaries between India and Pakistan
· Pakistan and India share the same culture therefore the boundaries are meaningless
· There is a lot of freedom in India [However Jang refuses to elaborate on how “free” this freedom is. In fact any comment against India is tried under the TADA laws.]
The above piece was deliberately published on the main pages to ensure maximum readership!
